"Far and away the best prize that
life offers is the chance to work hard at work worth doing!"
President Theodore Roosevelt
Two archways create an openness between the living room Kitchen and
Family Room, in the background. The corners radiuses are reflected in
the trim of the French doors in back. The wide openings allow safe
passage for the elderly occupant, even if in a wheelchair.
Down the ramp and into the Family Room with it's broad
archway providing openness and light into the Kitchen. Note the full width rake windows on
the
east wall, to allow morning light with reduced heat. Metal clad
French Doors
and a 5' X 4' High-E vinyl window provide ample southern day-light.
